RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul
that the designation of Peter G. Hames by the Mayor, to
serve as acting Mayor pursuant to the provisions of
Section 3. 02 of the Charter for the period from February 24
to March 2, 1981, is hereby approved; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this service is subject always
to the Mayor's control and direction and that upon the
expiration of the designated time period, the preceding
designation of Richard Broeker as acting Mayor shall remain
in full force and effect.
