WI�EAS, the City of Saint Paul ha.s no objection of releasing
for public sale cex�ta.in tax forfeited property described as follows:
That part of Lot 3, Block 12, Desnoyer Pa.rk which lies Southeasterly
of a line runnin� parallel with and dista.nt 30 feet Southea.sterly of
the follvw�ing described line: Beginning at a point on the east line
of Block l, Glenc3€�.le Addition, dista.nt 592.8 feet north of the South-
easterly corner thereof; thence running Northwesterly at an angle
of 91° 54' with the east line of Block 1 measured from south to west
for 5�+9.96 feet; thence deflect to the left at an ar�le of 9° 35'
for 900 feet and there terminating;
under the follawing terms and conditions;
l. That a 10 foot permanent easement must be retained centered on
the e�cis�ng catch basin lead across said Lot 3.
Restrictions within the easement area are as follvws:
a) That no building, structures, or trees are permitted
within the easement area, or ar�y temporary structures,
material stora�e, fixture or other ob�ects tY�t will
prohibit normal access to sewer f�cilities for rr�inte-
n�nce purposes.
b) That no change from the existing grade is permitted with-
out written permission from the Sewer En�ineer
c) Th�t no cha.nge in surfacing within the easement area is
permitted without written permission from the Sewer
Engineer.

City of Saint Paul, their officers, agents,
employees, and servants from all suits,
actions or claims which shall arise from
any injuries or damages received or sus-
tained by any break in any service pipe,
or connection in said reserved easement,
arising out of or resulting from any action
or negligence of the petitioners, their
employees, agents or business invitees.
2. That a survey must be made before the sale to determine the
location of the street right-of-way to be retained and the
location of the catch basin lead in order to determine what
portion of Lot 3 can be released.

Several weeks ago, I contacted different government
departments to inquire about a piece of land known as
Desnoyer Park, Lot 3, Block 12 "Subject to Hwy. " I �
wish to purchase this piece of land, which per Bob Eaves
of the tax forfeit department , it is owned by the
government. It is my request that this land must be
released to the tax forfeit department, so that it may
be sold.
