RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby cancel the assessments levied against the property owned
by the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul and to be
dedicated and conveyed to the City for Cherokee Park, the
property being part of Government Lot 8, Section 12, Township
28, Range 23, Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation
No. 06-01210-020-04, the amount of assessments being $33. 22,
and the Property Taxation Department is authorized to cancel and
remove such special assessments from their records.
