RE: Claim of Gregory J. Ma.lmquist against
the City of Saint Paul
Gregory Malmquist damaged his car by running into a pothole
on February 25, 1979. There was ambiguity as to the date of
the accident, and it was compromised down from $595 because
of the doubt involved whether the City had notice.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $300.
