WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File # 99-830 dated August 25, 1999, said resolution
being the Ratification of Assessments for sidewalk reconstruction as identified as Technology &
Management File No. 98W ALKS 1 and Assessment No. 0492.

WHEREAS, the property at 1769 Rome Avenue being legally described as:
Lane's Highland Park
South 1/2 of vacated alley
adjacent and West 1/2 of Lot 29
amd all of Lot 28 Block 27
with the property identification number of 16-28-23-13-0103, was assessed the amount of $13.47.
WHEREAS, the sidewalk inspector discovered that no sidewalk was constructed at 1769 Rome
Avenue, said assessment should be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment of $13.47 be rescinded.
F'CJRTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to request the necessary changes
be made to the property owner's 2000 property taYes.
