WHEREAS, the sidewalk inspector discovered that no sidewalk was constructed at 1769 Rome Avenue, said assessment should be rescinded. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment of $13.47 be rescinded. F'CJRTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to request the necessary changes be made to the property owner's 2000 property taYes.
