RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon the recommendation of
the Mayor and the advice of the Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Co�nittee,
that the 1982 Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted by this Council,
is hereby amended in the following particulars:

in full by the 1982 Capital Improvement Budget.

PURPDSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: ` ,
To pay Park Machine Award this year by transfer of 1982 CIB budget and
provide for rei.mbursement of 1981 funds in 1982.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
1982 unallocated reserve reduced by $25,000 - $59,000 is in approved budget,
$84,600 is needed.
