RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby ratifies and confirms the appointment, by the Mayor,
naming Frank Delaney, Vice President, American National Bank,
as a member of the Saint Paul Civic Center Authority to fill
the unexpired term of Frank Farrell. This term expires on
July l, 1983.
