Supervision Received: Works under the general administrative direction of a division or department head. PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: This Resolution establishes the title and class specification for Custodial Supervisor-- Civic Center. This title will eventually replace the current title of Civic Center Foreman. Section 3.H (Maintenance Supervisors - Ungraded� FINANCIAL IMPACT This . 56 per hour increase amounts to $1, 164, 80 per year for each full time employee.' There are currently Lwo full time employees, therefore, the increased coet amounts to $2, 329. 60 per year.
