You, and each of you, will please take notice that appellant respondent Eugene Gramse
and Nancy Gramse, fee owner of the land described in the City of St� Paul Council Resolu-
tion attached hereto as Exhibit A. does hereby appeal to the District Court. of Ramsey
County, Minnesota from the award embodied' in the assessment role, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit B. ,
This notice is filed with the Clerk of District Court pursuant to Charter of the,'
