Honorable Coi.mcil:
The Division of Housing and Buiding Code Enforcement is hereby submitting
its report on the condition of the structure at the location referred to
above.
The owners of record are: (C.P.) Guadalupe C. Jimenez, 6 W. George, St. Paul,
Mfii., 55107, and (Fee) E.O. Sletterbak, 4 W. George, St. Paul, M(i. 55107.
The legal description of the property is E 50 Ft of Lots 9 10 Block 98 West
St. Paul, Blks 1 thru 99, parcel code (06-81400-100-98.
The building is a garage.
The subject property has not been boarded up by the owner/city.
This building is a garage that is badly deteriorated, structurally weak, and
in danger of collapse.
Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard, and the
owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage despite our warn-
ings, and the continued va.cant and boarded up condition contributes a blight-
ing influence on the neighborhood, it is the recomQnendation of this Division
that this ma.tter be referred to the City Attorney's office for razing and re-
moval through District Court proceedings.
Yours truly,
, (
