Works meeting.
The Committee recommended that Item 3 be approved by the Council .
The Corrunittee recommended that Item 4 be laid over indefinitely.
The Committee recommended that Item 5 be tabled. : '
2. Petition of Holm and Olson, Inc. to decide on the vacation of all that
- - part of Erie Street lying north of the north line of the alley in Block 3, . �
Northwood Addition and lying south of Interstate 35-E: The. land will be
added to the adjacent greenhouse business. (Public Hearing 9/29/81)

Consideration of Ordinance, Council File' No. 277357, amending Chapter 128 of
the Legislative Code,entitled, "News Stands," and establishing permit fees,
and requiring issuance of permits before installation of news stan� and
establishing conditions for installation.
