RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement with the Minnesota State
Agricultural Society (State Fair Board) for the providing of gen-
eral police services in the State Fairgrounds from 5eptember 15,
1981 through August 15, 1982, for the consideration of $6,915.00;
a copy of said Agreement to be kept on file and of record in the
Department of Finance and Management Services.

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: '
Generate income to the City through an expansion of the Team A-1 police district.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Generate $6,915 in income.

into contracting for police services.
The Agreement is scheduled to begin September 15, 1981, and your
cooperation in expediting the process is needed.
The Chief has asked that Councilman �1cMahon be allowed to introduce
the Resolution. He is aware of the Agreement and prepared to
proceed.
