The number of vehicles for sale on the lost shall not exceed (20) twenty. There 13 shall be (8) eight customer/employee customer spaces provided on the property. 14 The arrangement of sales display area and off-street parking shall be as shown on 15 site plan on file with LIEP. 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 A drive lane shall be maintained open for through vehicle access as shown on the site plan. Vehicles shali not project into or be pazked on public streets or boulevards. The post and chain barrier restraint device must be maintained along the property line on Winona to prevent encroachment into the public azea. All repair and servicing of vehicles shall be conducted inside the building and not on the exterior of the lot or on the public streets or boulevards. There shall be no exterior storage of vehicle parts. Storage of vehicle fluids, batteries, etc. shall be in accordance with the Ramsey County Hazardous Waste Regulations. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. The dumpster must be stored on the properiy in an azea of the site which is not required for customer parking or maneuvering. Licenses shall monitor noise of equipment required for servicing vehicles. Overhead doors shall be kept closed when using noise producing tools. � � - �.53 2 9.
