RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09U70-511-000 , to:
1. George S. Kau3ser, Limited, the sum of $1QQ .QQ in contribution
to the full settlement of Dorothea E. Swanson 's claim of
damages sustained on or about June 8, 1981, as more particularly
set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk's
office on July 13, 1981.
2. Kathryn Toner the sum of $75 .00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about June 15, 1g81, as more
particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk 's office on June 30 , 1981.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
GEORGE S . KAULSER, LIMITED (DOROTHEA E.
SWANSON) AND KATHRYN TONER
Claimant, Dorothy E. Swanson, requests reimbursement for injuries
incurred when she fell on the sidewalk in fron of 111 East Kellogg
� Boulevard. The Sentinal Management Company owns the Kellogg Square
Apartment Building and George S . Kaulser, Limited is the insurer
of Sentinal Management Company. The City of Saint Paul reached
an agreement with George S . Kaulser, Limited whereby the City of
Saint Paul would contribute $100 .00 towards the $300 .00 settlement
with Dorothy E. Swanson. This office approves the settment in
the above matter in the amount of $100 .00 .
Claimant, Kathryn Toner, requests reimbursement for injuries and
damage to her glasses incurred when she fell on the sidewalk on
Snelling Avenue between Selby and Dayton on June 15, 1981 . This
office approves the settlement of Ms . Toner's claim in the amount
of $75 .00 .
