KAULSER, LIMITED (DOROTHEA E. SWANSON) AND KATHRYN TONER Claimant, Dorothy E. Swanson, requests reimbursement for injuries incurred when she fell on the sidewalk in fron of 111 East Kellogg � Boulevard. The Sentinal Management Company owns the Kellogg Square Apartment Building and George S . Kaulser, Limited is the insurer of Sentinal Management Company. The City of Saint Paul reached an agreement with George S . Kaulser, Limited whereby the City of Saint Paul would contribute $100 .00 towards the $300 .00 settlement with Dorothy E. Swanson. This office approves the settment in the above matter in the amount of $100 .00 . Claimant, Kathryn Toner, requests reimbursement for injuries and damage to her glasses incurred when she fell on the sidewalk on Snelling Avenue between Selby and Dayton on June 15, 1981 .
