FINANCIAL IMPACT: '
The City of St. Paul will receive a monthly rental fee of $333 due the first day of
each month, beginning the first day of January, 1982.
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
This action was initiated by the Riverview community to help defray costs of the Carnegie
&anch Library in their community in response to r�commended c�osing of the branch.
This is a joint effort of the City of St. Paul, the Neighborhood Housing Service and the
Riverview residents or St. Paul's West Side to help raise public awareness of neighborhood
services, including library services.
