RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolu�ion
be amended in Section I by adding at the end of Section I C the following:

We recommend your approval and submission of this Resolution ta the City Council.
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
This Resolution amends the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation to include a
new Grade 16 E in the Technical Group. This will make it possible to pay position
assigned to this grade.
