Olson: On November 3, 1981, the City Council referred to the Finance Committee a letter from the St. Paul Civic Center transmitting its resolution regarding future financial responsibility for major repairs to the Civic Center Ramp. This matter was discussed at the Legislation Committee meeting of December 8 and the resolution was approved by the City Council at its meeting of December 8. A copy of the resolution is attached. I am requesting that this item be removed from the list of matters referred to the Finance Committee. Th k you.
