directing that the property at 1335 Searle Street be cl�ned up as pravided irx
said Order is hereby affirmed except that the awner is allaa�ed until December '7,
1981, t�o cc�nplete the n�cessary clean-up.
SE IT FUR'I'I�R RE.SOLVID, that in the event the work is not canpleted by
Dec�r 7, 1981, the City may proceed to perform or complete the n�ecessary w�trk

a traffic control signal interconnect canduit systen� on �runk

Street to Trunk Aighway No. 61 (N:ounds L�oulevard ) in accordance
with the ��lan and sFecifications for State Project tvo. 6218-07

4 . Construction limits for Feaeral-aid Interstate and
Bridge ReFlacement LTrban work is sr.own in Exhibit "A" attached
heretc and made a �art hereof with the construction cost snared
as follows :
1 . Esti�rated cost Federal-aid Interstate $3 ,600 .
Federal-aici share 90 percent. City ' s share
10 �•ercent.
2. Estimated cost Bridge Re�lacement Urban $25,000 .
Federal-aid share 8C percent. City ' s sh�re
20 �ercent.
5 . Upor.. execution of this agreement and a reguest in
writing by the State, the City shall advance to the Stute an
amount equal to the City ' s share of the cost �asec3 on the
actual Feaeral-aid share and the actual bid �,rice �lus 6
percent of such amount for the City' s share of the cost of
Engineering and InsFection ( Estimatec] amount $5 ,681 . 60 ) .

6 . Upon final payment to the contractor and .computation
of the City ' s share for the work �rovided for herein, that
amount of the funds advanced by the City in excess of the
City ' s share will be returned to the City without interest and
the City agrees to pay to the State that amount of the City' s
share which is in excess of the amount of the funds advanced by
the City .
7 . Upan comgletion af the work cor.terr�plated in paragra�h
2 hereof , the City shall maintain and keeF ir. re�air the traf-
fic control signal interconnect conduit system at its cost and
ex�ense .
8. Any and all �ersons engaged in the afaresaid work to
be �erformeci by the State shall not be cansidered emFlnyees of
the City and any and all claims tr,at �r�ay cr might arise under
the Worker ' s Com��ensation Act of this State on behalf of said
enFloyees while so engaged, and any anc� all claims made by any
th.ird �arty as a consequence of any act or o�r,ission on the Fart
cf said emgloyees while so Engaged on any ef the kork ccr.tem-
Flated herein, shall not �e the obligation and res�onsibility
of the City. The State shall nat be res�onsible under the
4�orker ' s Comgensation Act for any emFloyees of tl:e City.
