The subject property has been boarded. � by the owner/city si.nce December 1, 1980; b. This builcling has been ba.dly damaged by fire; c. It has repeat.edly been broken into and vandalized; d. The owner of record is: Clara Och, 1144 Mahtomedi Ave, I�ahtomedi, MMI�ii. 55115 The legal description o£ the property is: Ex St. Part N of Extended N.L. of Lot 3 Block Homans Subd of Lot 4 Blk 4 of Cruickshanks Garden Lots of Lot 3 Block 4. The building is a house. The subjec�t property has been boarded up by the owner/city since December 1980. This building has been badly damaged by fire. It has been repeatedly broken into and vandalized. Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a vublic hazard and the owner has ma.de no attempt to satisfactorily aepair the damage despite our warn- ings, and the continued vacant and boarded up condition contributes a blight- ing influence on the neighborhood, it is the reconnnendation of this Division that this matter be referred to th� City Attorney's office for razing and re- mova.l through District Court proceedings.
