Hill Storm Sewer (Western Tunnel Project) and described as follows :

A permanent easement below elevation 88.0 feet & above elevation 25.0 feet City
Datum, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer in, under,
across and through those parts of the following described lands, all in Ramsey
County, Minnesota. All given bearings, coordinates and distances are in refer-
ence to Minnesota State Plane Coordinate System, South Zone.
