the residents residing in the Dale Street and Lafond Avenue area in accordance with Chapter 168 of the Saint Pauf
Legisfative Code; and
9 WHEREAS, affected residents have subsequently submitted petitions requesting that certain ¢ermit parking

WHEREAS, Public Works staff has investigated the basis for the petition and concluded and recommended
adoption of the changes requested in the petition;
NOW THEREF�RE BE IT RESQ�VED that the following parking regulations shall 6e removed in the residential
area near the iritersection of Dale Street and Lafond Avenues as follows:
Remove parking regulations reading 'Except by Permit or unless otherwise posted, No parking
3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Friday - Monday, Area 11" from the following streets:
A. Both sides of St. Albans Street from Thomas Avenue to Lafond Avenue
B. Both sides of St. Albans Street from Lafond Avenue to Blair Avenue.
SE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that these parking reguiations will be in effect and be enforced thirty (30) days after
