PURPOSE AND RATIONAL,E FOR THIS ACTION This Resolution takes the classification of Office Supervisor-Code Fxiforcement, out of Grade 28 of the Clerical Group and places it in Grade 3 of Professional-Administrati.ve 5upervisors Group. This position was ruled a supervisory position by the State Bureau of Mediatio� therefore the title is being placed in the group with the other supervisory title s. PURPOSE AND RA.TIQNALE FOR T$IS ACTION � This Resolution amends the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolutio , ' Section II R, establishing the rate of pay for the ti.tle of Pipefitter --"C.ontrols Specialist at $14. ?4 per hour (with benefits). This new ti.tle is being established in Section 3.A (Building Trades - Ungraded), Subsection 15 tPipefitters) of the Civil Service Rules. The Compensati.on for regular employees in this ti.tle who are not eligible for City fringe benefits shall be $16. 11 per hour including ta,xable contributio . In addition, the employer shall make the non-ta,xable contribution as shown. in Appendix D of the current Maintenance Labor Agreements between the City of St. Paul, Independent School District No. 625, and Pipefitters Local No. 455. FINANCIAZ IMPACT None. This rate of pay is the same as the standard pifefitter rate. The scho 1 district does not plan to add an additional employee at this time.
