PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION This Resolution esta.blishes the tit].e and class specification for Pipefitter - Controls Specialist in Secti.on 3.A (Bua.lding Trades - Ungraded), Subsection 15 (Pipefitters), in the Civil Service Rules. This class wi11 be used by Independent School District No. 625 to provide preventive maintenance, adjustment and repai r se rvice s to pneumati.c heati.ng and cooling controls. FINANCIAZ IMPACT The wage rate will be the same as the Journeyman Pipefitter rate. The only current need for this title i s for the School Di strict.
