PETER DeMAIO, JR. AND ' LOUIS J. HIGBEE ' Claimant , Mrs . Peter DeMaio, Jr. , requests reimbursement for damage to her household furnishings which occurred when the City of Saint Paul, Department of Police , set up a command !, post in her home at 330 East Wheelock Parkway on August 28, ,i 1981, for an incident that was taking place at 1621 Westminster � Street. Mrs . DeMaio allowed the police to set up a command in ! her house and as a result her carpet was soiled and deep , scratches were put in a table. Also damaged during the incident � was a car windshi�ld and her lawn. This office approves the ' settlement of Mrs . DeMaio 's claim in the amount of $562 . 34 . Claimant, Louis J. Higbee , requests reimbursement for damage to I his automobile which occurred when a City of Saint Paul , Depart- ment of Police, vehicle rolled backward and struck Mr. Higbee 's vehicle which was parked at the time . The Police vehicle was � unoccupied at the time and was in the park gear. This office �, approves the settlement of Mr. Higbee 's claim in the amount of ' $184 .00 . �!
