This intersection also serves as the main access for the Downtowner Car Wash and the Holiday Gas/Convenience store located on the south side of the intersection. Current Improvements The traffic control signal at this intersection is a semi-actuated, coordinated tra�c signal. It is operated and monitored under the City of St. Paul Central Computerized Tr�c Control System. Kittson Street serves as the main access to a 1,500 vehicle parking lot for Space Center Enterprises, Inc. on the north side of East Seventh Street. This intersection also serves as the main access for the Downtowner Car Wash and the Holiday Gas/Convenience store located on the south side of the intersection. Current Improvements The traffic control signal at this intersection is a semi-actuated, coordinated tra�c signal. It is operated and monitored under the City of St. Paul Central Computerized Tr�c Control System.
