C2-Restaurant and Off Sale Malt Beverage Licenses presently iss-
ued to Como Recreation, Inc. at 1013 Front Avenue be transferred
to Midway Stadium Lounge� Inc. at the same addres5.
The sole stockholder and officer of Nfidway Stadium
Lounge, Inc. is Iawrence A. bJalsh, holding the offices of Pres-
ident, Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Walsh will operate this
busineas personslly and it will be doing business as Half-Time.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
� Permit Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommend-
ation is for approval.
