REINHARDT The street surface in front of the home of Mr. Duane J. Reinhardt, 1716 Wilson Avenue , subsided. The Public Works Department Sewer Division, concluded that the reason for the subsidence was damaged private sewer connection belonging to Mr. Reinhardt. He accordingly retained a sewer contractor to dig up the street, but that con- tractor found no break in the private sewer line. As a result, Mr. Reinhardt was required to pay a bill of $650 .00 .
