Steve and Meghan,
Gerry Strathman pointed out to me that the resolution on 681 Edmund was not on the agenda, but rather it
was a report of code enforcement.
Since the resolution on 681 Edmund was not before the councii today, what i will do (with Meghan) is
prepare a resolution which rescinds the previously-amended version, putting back in the 15 days. I believe
that you will have to give notice of the council action and the fact that this will be on the agenda in the
future to the property owners and others required to get notice. Then when it next goes on the council
agenda, there will be at least the possibility of the owners talking to CM Blakey and perhaps speaking to
the issue of how they intend to proceed.
So as of this moment the old resolution is stiff in force, subject to the council vote to make the change,
which will be done in a new resolution to be submitted as soon as I can prepare it.
Meghan, we can talk tomorrow about this.
