RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to th_e City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to: '
1. Mrs . Lorraine Johnson the sum of $30 .00 in full settlement
of her claim of damages sustained on or about August 13 ,
1981, as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim
filed in the City Clerk 's office on August 20 , 1981.
2. Frances M. Hecker the sum of $92 .53 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about Auqust 20 , 1981,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk's office on September 3, 1981.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS . LORRAINE JOHNSON AND
FRANCES M. HECKER
Claimant, Mrs . Lorraine Johnson, requests reimbursement for costs
incurred when she damaged her automobile tire on a broken sewer
catch basin on Arlington Street near the intersection of ,
Birmingham Street on August 13, 1981 . The City of Saint Paul,
Department of Public Works , repaired this damaged catch basin on
August 14 , 1981. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Johnson's claim in the amount of $30 .00 .
Claimant, Frances M. Hecker, requests reimbursement for costs
' incurred when she damaged her automobile tire on a protruding
curb iron near the corner of Front and North Avon Streets on
August 20 , 1981. The City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works received a call about the curb iron on the date of the
accident, after the accident occurred, and the curb iron was
repaired on August 21 , 1981. This office approves the settle-
ment of Ms . Hecker 's claim in the amount of $92 .53 .
