The c�mer of the abov� clescribed building shall make the same safe and not detrimental to the public peaoe, health, safety and welfare by Y�.ving the said build- ing razed and the matexials therefran re�ved from the prc�ni.ses within thirty (30) days frcxn the date of the service of this Orclex; 2. Unless such corrective actian is talc�n to �ly with this Orclex or an Answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the offic� of the Clexk of the District Court of .�a.msey County, Minnesota within twenty (20) da.ys frtm the date of t.l�e servioe of th�.s Order, a Mption for s�mc��ary enforoement of this Order to raz� arbd remove the said building will be made to the Ramsey County District Court; 3. In the event that the building is to be razed by the City of saint Paul pur- suant to judc�nt of the District Court, all personal property or fixtures of any kir�d. which may unreasonably interfere with the razing and renoval of the building shall be remov�d within ten (10) days frcan the entry of judgment; and if rx�t so re- m�ved, the City of Saint Paul shall r�ve ar1c1 dispose of such personal property and fixtures as provided for by laQa; 4.
