RE: Commodore Hotel Claim
Mr. & Mrs. John Stottlemyer incurred dama.ge to their home at 107
Virginia Avenue in Saint Paul due to the explosion at the Commodore
Hotel. Numerous windows were broken and the total damage for
repair was $703.77. This amount, less the owner' s deductible,
was paid by the insurance company. The City of Saint Paul is
responsible for 10% of the total dama.ge or $70.38.
The Office of the City Attorney recommends approval of this
settlement.
