Villaume III ��� Deputy City Attorney RE: Commodore Hotel Claim Mr. & Mrs. John Stottlemyer incurred dama.ge to their home at 107 Virginia Avenue in Saint Paul due to the explosion at the Commodore Hotel. Numerous windows were broken and the total damage for repair was $703.77. This amount, less the owner' s deductible, was paid by the insurance company. The City of Saint Paul is responsible for 10% of the total dama.ge or $70.38. The Office of the City Attorney recommends approval of this settlement. FEV:jr Attachment ����`�
