WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes �462 .357 and �64.210 of the Legislative Code, Marvin Anderson Constructian duly petitioned to rezone except for street; Lot 1 and N 65 ' of Lot 2 and the vacated street accruing, Oak Park Addition, located on the East side of Hazelwood Street between the Chicago, 5t.
