Ordinance N O. � ��J � 7 Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date An ordinance amending Section 310.11, Subdivision 11, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code relating to license transfers. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. That Section 310.11, Subdivision 11, of the Saint Paul Legis- lative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Subd. 11. No approval under certain conditions. The council shall not approve any transfer where either party has not complied with the terms of any contract , or agreement regarding employee benefit or fringe bene- ', fit programs, including but not limited to pension, hospitalization, medical and life insurance, profit- '�, - sharing, or holiday pay programs, provided that anv person or oraanization obiectina to a transfer because of failure to pay employee benefit or fringe benefit ' procrrams shall file a written notice of objection with � the license inspector seven days prior to the scheduled public hearing on the transfer, and said notice shall contain a complete itemization of the objector' s claim. .
