The Archdiocese and P .E .D. staff have revised their construct ' on
plans which, in turn, dictates the need fox the changes in th
resolution.

RESOLVED, That upon the petition of Housing and
Redevelopment Authority, et al, that section of public
alley hereinafter described, be and the same hereby is
vacated and discontinued as a public alley:
Al1 that part of the public alley
20 feet wide and 152 feet long
consisting of approximately 3,040
square feet, in Moss' outlots in
Holcombe' s addition to Sa int Paul,
lying between Block 20 of sa id Moss'
outlds and Block 2, Thompson' s
Subdivision of Blocks 18 & 19 of
Moss' Outlots, and between the ex-
tensions Southerly across it of
the Westerly line of Lot 1 and a
line parallel to and 8' Westerly
of the Easterly line of Lot 4,
Block 2, said Thompson' s Subdivision;
subject expressly to the following conditions and reservati ons:
1. That the vacation be subject to a 11 the terms
and conditions of Chapter 130, codified March ,
