in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000 to Cooper S. Ashley the sum of
$417.00 in full settlement of his claim for dama.ges sustained
September 20, 1980, as a result of an accident with a St. Paul
Police Depar tment vehicle.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul by
Cooper S. Ashley
The above claimant requests reimbursement for damage to his
vehicle (while parked) when it was struck by a St. Paul police
squad car on September 20, 1980, at or near King Street and
Cherokee Avenue.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $417.
