WHEREAS, It has been deeaaed advisable and necessary for the City of St. .-Paul
to participate in the cost of a construction project located on T.H. No. 5
(West Seventh Street at Kellogq Boulevard) within the limits of said
municipality, and
WHEREAS, Said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Highways and identified in its records as S.P. 6201-55 (T.Ht 5 = 111) .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate from our
Municipal State-Aid Street Funds the s� of $100,000.00 dollars to apply
toward the construction of said project and request of the Commissioner of
Highways to approve this authorization.
