RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves agreement with the
Port Authority af the City of Saint Paul providing the method
whereby the Authority will advance funds to re�ire the outstanding
bonds issued for Midway Stadium, and permitting the Authority to
deduct �rom tk�e first annual payment an amount which will represent
prepaid interest for the life of the issue.
