RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are lgeby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-511-000 to Barbara Greene, individua.11y and as duly
appointed general guardian of Daniel Greene, th.e sum of $500.00
in full settlement of their claim for damages sustained November 2,
1979, as a result of a fell at the Civic Center.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Daniel Greene
On November 2, 1979, Daniel Greene fell at the Civic Center
by reason of a moisure condition near a water fountain, and
broke two of his front teeth. Ambassador Insurance Company,
the insurer of the lessee of the Civic Center at that time,
negotiated a settlement in the amount of $2, 500. The City
agreed to contribute $500 to the settlement.
