Nord, Assistant City Attorney DATE: July 9, 1981 RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul by Daniel Greene On November 2, 1979, Daniel Greene fell at the Civic Center by reason of a moisure condition near a water fountain, and broke two of his front teeth. Ambassador Insurance Company, the insurer of the lessee of the Civic Center at that time, negotiated a settlement in the amount of $2, 500.
