proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund Q907Q-511-OQQ , to:
l. Lori A. Salinas the sum of $75.QQ in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about June 11, 1981, as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk 's office on June 18, 1981.

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY LORI A. SALINAS -
Claimant, Lori A. Salinas , requests reimbursement for damages to
the lock on the driver 's side of her automobile . A City of
Saint Paul, Department of Police, officer demonstrated to another
party as to the ease of opening a locked car and as a result of
his demonstration, broke the lock on Ms . Salinas ' door. This
office approves the settlement of Ms . Salinas ' claim in the
amount of $75 .00 .
