RE: Commodore Hotel Claim
The American Continental Insurance Company was the insurer of
Royal Carter III who was a tenant of the Commodore Hotel. The
fire and explosion of February 15, 1978 dama.ged and destroyed
his personal property and household goods. The total claim was
resolved in the amount of $3,000 and the City of Saint Paul' s
10% share equals $300.
The office of the City Attorney recommends approval of this
settlement.
