Villaume III � `+��' Deputy City Attorney RE: Commodore Hotel Claim The American Continental Insurance Company was the insurer of Royal Carter III who was a tenant of the Commodore Hotel. The fire and explosion of February 15, 1978 dama.ged and destroyed his personal property and household goods. The total claim was resolved in the amount of $3,000 and the City of Saint Paul' s 10% share equals $300. The office of the City Attorney recommends approval of this settlement.
