RE: Cocrnnodore Hotel Claims

The following individuals sustained property dama.ge to their homes
and property as a result of the Commodore Hotel explosion:
l. Emily Lemon was a tenant of the building and suffered loss of '
personal property in the amount of $2,807 .75.
2. John H. Bialas resided at 102 N. Western Avenue, which is a
condominium, and suffered loss of $606.75.
3. Charlotte J. Pieper owned the home at 148 Virginia Street and
her damage was $1,740.00.
4. Robert J. Foley owned the premises at 136 N. Western and his
dama.ge equaled $1,096.66.
5. Mervyn and Ma.rgiolina Hough own the building at �+36 Ashland
and their dama.ges totalled $1, 225.75.
6. The 102 North Western Condominium Association owned and
operated the condominium at that address and the damage to
the common areas equaled $1, 131.20.
The total dama.ge is $8,708. 11 and the City of Saint Paul' s 10% ,
share equals $870.81.
The office of the City Attorney recommends approval of this '
settlement. .
