CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF _SAINT PAUL
BY RICHARD TREGILGAS AND THE ST . PAUL
COMPANY
Claimant, Richard Tregilgas , was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, vehicle
on September 13, 1979 . Driver of the City vehicle was Kenneth E.
Shearer. Claimant, St. Paul Company, is the insur�r of Richard
Tregilgas . Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle .
This office approves the settlement of their claim in the amount
of $670 .61.
