The onfy cost will be actual labor costs to hood the meiers. There witl be no charge for hooding 10 or less meters during normal working hours. These events are listed below. Any changes to this list must be approved by the Mayor's office. These changes will be brought before the City Council for approval yearly. The Director of the Department of Public Works may determine when meter hooding is not appropriate on a case by case basis. Red Cross Bloodmobile.
