Mr. President and Honorable 1"lembers:
V.I.P. Productions, Inc. and Park Square Court Associa-
tes, A Minnesota iieneral Partnership, request that the On Sale Liquor
License presently issued to V.I.P. Productions, Inc. at I�00 Sibley
Street be transferred to Park Square Court Associates, A Minnesota
General Partnership at the same address. They also make application
for a Sunday On 5a1e Liquor License at the same address.
The general partners axe Howard B. Bergerud, Lew3.s N. Mirrviss,
1lrthur E. Nelson and Hayes Enterprises. Hayes Enterprises is a Minnesota
General Partnership made up of Douglas J. Hayes, Gary M. Hayes, Gregory J.
Hayes, Iiichard R. Hayes and Kathleen M. Laxson. It is the intent of these
partners to hold the license inactive temporarily.
This application ha.s been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation is for
approval.
