WHEREAS, Richard Radman has announced his retirement
as Secretary and Business Representative for the St. Paul ,
Building and Construction Trades Council after 27 years of
dedicated service; and '
WHEREAS, Richard �adman, as a vice president of the ;
Minnesota AFL-CIO, current trustee and former Secretary- '
Treasurer of the Minnesota State Building Trades Council , �,
has shown a sincere cor�mitment to improving the compensation '
and working conditions of all working men and women in
, St. Paul and the stateiof Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Richard Radman's community and civic service ,
is interwoven toward m�ny groups, including the Children's
Hospital , Waste Contro Commission, St. Paul Port Authority,
Operation '85, St. Paul Civic Center Authority, Downtown ,
Development District Advisory Board, Metropolitan Sports
Facilities Comnission, L.E.A.P. , C.E.T.A. , Y.M.C.A. , Winter
Carnival , Boy Scouts, and more; and �

WHEREAS, the qual�ty of life in St. Paul and the state
of Minnesota has been enhanced and strengthened by Richard �
Radman; so, therefore,� be it '
RESOLVED, that this Council , on its own behalf and on '
behalf of the people of St. Paul , extends to Richard Radman
its sincere appreciation and gratitude for his dedicated
service; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Council extends to Richard
Radman and his family its warm congratulations and best wishes.
