$100,000 U. S. Treasury Notes, 15.625%, due May 31, 1983
$100,000 U. S. Treasury Notes, 16.00%, due September 30, 1983
$100,000 Federal National Mortgage Associafiion, 6.75%,
due September 12, 1983
pledged as collateral to protect deposits of public funds of the
City of Saint Paul with Summit State Bank of Phalen Park, hereby is
authorized, ratified and approved, such having been done in conformance
with the applicable statutes of the State of Minnesota.
