beginning of the line to be described; thence deflecting to ttie right
fourteen (14) degrees, thirty-three (33) minutes, fifty-five (55)

tangential curve concave to tne south having a radius of one hundred
and two (102.00) feet, a central angle of twenty-three t23) degrees,
