1 WHEREAS, the City Councii is desirous of amending Council File # 00-501, originally adopted
2 on May 24, 2600 to give the property owner additionai time to complete repairs to his home
3 located at 62 Winifred Street West in St. Paul; now therefore
5 BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby amends Council File #00-
6 501 as follows:
8 1. That line 8 of Council File #00-501 be amended to read, removal of the structuxe
9 must be completed within �eex{�3j 180 davs after the date of the Council
10 Hearing on May 24, 2000.

12 2. That lines 51-52 of Council File #OQ-501 be amended to read, removal of the
13 structure must be completed within €r�een-{3-3j 180 davs after the date of the
14 Council Hearing on May 24, 2000.

16 3. That all other parts of Council File #00-501 remain in effect.
