William Donovan Valuation and Assessment Engineer Date : May 24, 1982 Subject: Petition of the Cit�y of Saint Paul for the vacation of Lot 6, Block 3, He sey-Woolsey Addition except t2�t part bein� used for street purposes. Public Hearing - �ne 22, 1982 The subject property was purcY�a.sed at the request of the Department of Public Works for street right-of way ( ierce Butler Road) and conveyed to the City by warranty deed in 1957. It nia�r has been declared surplus to the needs of the City The lot would be so to the abutting property awner, who was the original awner, for parkin and returned to the ta.x rolls. The area to be vacated consists of 1,35 square feet and is zoned I-1 (Industry). This property is located in City Council District #1 and Citizen Partici- pation District #11. The Department of Public Works s reviewed the proposed zracation and reports it has no objection to it. The Depa.rtment of Planning and conomic Development has reviewed this vacation and finds no objection to the cation as proposed. There were no objections or rec rr�endations from ar�y public or priva.te agencies involved. In view of the foregoing, I rec end that the vacation be approved, subject to the following terms and cond'tions: l.
