WHEREAS, portions of the for er Midway Stadium w'ere leased to the County
of Ramsey for an Ice Arena Site, s set forth in Doc. #1797797, Book 2280,
Pa�e 968; and
WHEREAS, said Ice Arena Site was excluded f�om the area vacated by the
City of Saint Paul, pursuant to C F. 276004, adopted November 25, 1980 and
said vacated area was then convey d to the Port Authority of the City of Saint
Pa.ul to be developed as Energy Pa k; and
WI�REAS, said excluded area onta.ined land in a.ddition to the land de-
scribed in said lease; be it
RESOLVID, that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed
to amend said lease with the County of Ramsey by amending the legal description
of the land being leased to inclu�.de all those portions of the area exclwded by
said C.F. 276004, ]yin� south of the sauth line of Schroeder Drive and lying
east of the southerly extension of the west line of the present leased area;
therefore, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the pz�oper City Offici.als are hereby authorized to
execute said amended lease. !,
